This one of a kind corset was designed by Jean Paul Gaultier. The detail on the corset is pretty amazing. It even has fingernails!

Jean Paul Gaultier has an exhibit in San Francisco right now at the de Young museum until August 19, 2012. I don't know if this corset is featured.
