Cupcakes made to look like popcorn.
I did not make these, but I did taste them; and they were delicious. The popcorn is actually marshmallows with yellow food coloring. They are chocolate cupcakes with white frosting on the top to hold the marshmallows. If you would like full details, I might be able to hassle the lady for the recipe.
