The Bloomframe is the 'balcony-on-demand'.
Before you check this off as useless invention, watch the video and see how awesome it is. Then think about all the old buildings where building codes don't allow a permanent balcony. Im sure many building owners wont be jumping at the chance to have these installed but it's still an amazing innovation.
